Kitesurfing Training for Beginners

Once in the
water, you will practise bodydrag. It is the technique that allows you moving
in the water without the board, as you have to be able to pick the board up
when you lose it. Then, you should learn waterstart, or what it is the same, how
to go out the sea with your board.
Once you
have learnt to do it, you should train a lot in order to acquire the technique
and improve your performance. In addition, you could do some training outside
the sea strengthening your muscles, something which is important in order to
prevent lesions.
